Description

This flat is colourful and lively. It has an outdoor patio area, and is nestled just off the main road. Guests staying here will be close to the action but also live like locals in this quaint neighbourhood. The space The property is situated at basement level from the main street. Just off the entryway is the first bedroom, a cosy single, ideal for a young adult or child. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a King size bed and grand ensuite bathroom with separate bath & shower and a his & her sink unit. The third bedroom is another King bed and overlooks out into the inward courtyard and next to this is the second bathroom with the shower/bath combination unit. Down the hall is the kitchen where you will find out your essential kitchen items and cooking equipment as well as a breakfast bar. This leads into the living room, which has access from there to the patio. The smart TV sits in the wall above the fireplace. In addition, there is underfloor heating throughout and wireless internet. Guest access Guest has entire access to the basement property as well as private patio at rear of property. Other things to note Please note the building next door to this property is currently undergoing building works therefor there may be some construction work during the daytime. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
